Go into all the world

Just like our mission:  Touching lives through the love of Jesus, we have an amazing

opportunity to impact peoples lives.

God's people have been called to "Go into all the world".  Our mission begins here in

North Augusta and extends throughout South Carolina, the United States and the world.

Listed below are examples of what we are doing to answer that call.

  • Good News Club

Do you have a child that attends Merriwether Elementary School in North Augusta? If so, we want to invite your child to join us for Good News Club on Monday afternoons from 2:30-3:30 in the school cafeteria. Each week, our Good News Club kids learn Bible verses, sing songs, hear a Bible Story, and play games together. It’s a great time for your students to interact with other students in their school who share a desire to know Jesus. To learn more about our Good News contact the church office.

  • American - International Fellowship

The Augusta Georgia metro area is home to a large number of people from all over the world.  With several universities, military and government installations and a large medical research community in the area, people from around the world relocate to this area temporarily, with many opting to stay here long term.  As part of our international missions focus, we seek to engage these internationals with the Gospel through our American-International Fellowship.  Every month from October to May, Big Stevens Creek hosts a catered dinner, free of charge, and invites our international neighbors to join us.  Every month features dinner, music, and a guest speaker.  Through this fellowship, we seek to connect people from many different cultures with the Body of Christ through interpersonal relationships.  For more information, please contact the church office.

  • Missions

Big Stevens Creek has a heart for the nations. Each year, we take and send teams to various parts of our nation and our world. Currently, we partner with missionaries in Russia, Mexico, East Asia, and Kentucky and we regularly send teams to these parts of the world. If you have a heart for international missions, we would love to talk with you about how God might use  you to spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth. If you’d like to learn more about our missions efforts, contact the church office.
